Yes. We offer confidential and secure telepsychiatry appointments through a HIPAA‑compliant video platform. Telehealth visits allow you to meet with our providers from the comfort of your home while receiving the same level of care you’d expect in person. What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee. To cancel or reschedule, please call our office or send us an email as soon as possible.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your first appointment will be an initial evaluation where you meet with one of our providers to discuss your concerns, medical and mental‑health history, and goals for treatment. We will review your intake forms, answer any questions and work together to develop a personalized care plan. Please arrive 10‑15 minutes early and bring completed forms or submit them through our patient portal in advance.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

We currently operate as a private‑pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Our session rates range from $150 to $250 depending on the service. We accept payment via ACH bank transfer, cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) as well as HSA/FSA cards. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Dr. Farley is currently in the insurance credentialing process, so check back in the future for updates.
